BAT2

BAT2 is a rugged Bluetooth-compatible tag used for vehicle and asset tracking in industrial environments. It is enclosed with an ABS housing and offers IP65 protection, making it suitable for outdoor harsh environments. BAT2 utilizes a Nordic Bluetooth-compatible module and a high-performance antenna, allowing it to reach up to 150 meters transmitting distance. The signal is sent via an isolated channel and encrypted for safe transmission. BAT2 is tamper-proof when equipped with the base, and an alarm will be sent to the backend system if it is removed from the base.

BAT2 can be easily mounted to assets using adhesive and can be removed from the base easily for reuse. This rugged Bluetooth-compatible tag is equipped with two replaceable CR2450 batteries, providing a life cycle of over 5 years. It is an ideal product for vehicle and asset tracking, RTI positioning, and work-in-process management.
